Hear from past group members…

“I really enjoyed the vulnerable, brave space that Sam created, the compendium of strategies and home connections, the colorful slides, and the community of local women with ADHD she brought together. I hope to keep in touch with folks and meet up in the ‘real’ world!”

— Jessica P.

“I was grateful to meet new people that I have a lot in common with. Sam prepared a curriculum that catered to the needs of our ADHD brains. She balanced practical tips for time management and motivation with heartfelt discussions about living our lives unapologetically. Sam is so relatable and a great listener, so I was able to be open and vulnerable.”

— Paige G.

“The ADHD Coaching Group with Sam was an amazing opportunity to dig into super practical life tools in a judgement-free and supportive space. It was truly a pleasure and I am excited to integrate many of these concepts into my everyday life.”

As a therapist supporting neurodivergent clients, I found it useless to try and hide the fact that I know what it’s like to live with an ADHD brain. So I didn’t.

Instead, I offered empathic support and strategies grounded in lived experience. This opened a door for my clients to begin to challenge the self-criticism and stigma that so often accompanies ADHD.

This shame-busting work was inspiring, and led me to create the coaching services and group that I offer today.
